As a child raised on a cattle ranch and rice farm in Southeast Texas, Nancy 'grew up horseback' and developed a profound love and appreciation for the land, the outdoors, and the value of hard work. Encouraged by her father, a banker and rancher, to invest in land, Nancy made her first “Dirt” investment in her twenties. This early start paved the way for numerous property transactions, leading her to attain a Texas Realtor’s license and shortly thereafter, a Texas Broker’s license. Nancy saw this as a perfect avenue to share her firsthand experiences with others seeking country property investment opportunities.
Nancy’s passion for real estate paralleled her lengthy career as an international and domestic flight attendant. Upon retiring from “flying,” she transitioned to a full-time career in real estate, bringing a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the field.
